Hi. I've been looking everywhere in Photoshop, and searching online for custom palettes or swatches, but I can't find anything that resembles this.
How can I get this kind of palette? Thanks!

it's been a while, been really busy. but here is the palette.
There is nothing special about it...just preference color choices:
